As I was blessed to coach many clients through various levels of personal change, I began to see a theme of my clients having a desire to incorporate movement and strength training into their self-care routines, but struggled with the idea of joining a gym, whether it be the cost of the membership or feeling intimidated with not knowing the right technique or programs to follow. I had clients who were afraid of injury and many, if not most who simply needed someone to hold them accountable to follow through and remain consistent. This led me to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer which unbeknownst to me quickly turned into a life passion getting to see my clients grow not only burning fat, but gaining muscle and whole heck of a lot confidence along the way.
I’m certified through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) and have the Senior Fitness Specialist and the Youth Exercise Specialist designations as well.
I offer personalized 1-on-1 training either in the comfort of your own home, in my state-of-the-art home gym or even virtually! Small group training is offered and can be customized to your needs. All training sessions are customized to meet you where you are today and help you achieve and exceed your fitness goals. If you are someone who already has a gym membership and are comfortable navigating the gym but could use assistance in developing a program to follow, I’m happy to develop a fitness program based on your time and availability!

Balance/Mobility
All workout programs will incorporate core work, as well as balance and mobility. However, if you are looking for specific training to further improve and progress your balance and mobility, this session type is meant for you!
